Postpartum Doula Services

What is a Postpartum Doula?

A postpartum doula provides evidenced-based information and skills training on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, parent-baby bonding, infant soothing, and basic newborn care. Research shows that parents, families, and babies have an easier time with this transition if a good support team is in place.  A postpartum doula is an integral component of your team.

I am only offering daytime doula work in 2024. My rate is $60/hr daytime with a minimum 3 hours shift . I am happy to support you in transitioning to this new normal however I can, including meal prep, organizing, light cleaning and household chores, babywearing support, sibling support, feeding support, and sleep support.

I have experience with twins, NICU, Preemie, high medical needs, and high emotional needs babies as well as caring for siblings.

I happily support LGBTQIA+, POC, polyamorous families, adoption families, as well as all religions and ethnicities. Because of my experience as a birth doula and midwifery birth assistant I have knowledge around birth and all the unexpected things that can happen. I would be honored to be a space for you and your family around any processing that you may desire after your baby is born.
